Graduate Engineer from the Ecole Supérieure des Procédés Electroniques et Optiques d’Orléans – France, now Polytech Orléans, I began my career in a telecommunications start-up in France, supporting the R&D Department. I was immediately made aware of the need to protect research data and the constant attempts to spy on competitors. At trade fairs and conferences, I’d put on my James Bond suit! It was when I learned how to draft patents and to conduct competitive intelligence. I returned to Madagascar in 2002 and even if I took a completely different path by managing an advertising and communication agency, I was still involved in the world of brands. I also worked as freelance for several years with Lova RAZAKANTOANINA in patent drafting. After twenty years in the advertising sector, I decided to apply for my accreditation as IP Engineer and in 2022, I officially joined LEX MERCAT. I hope to be able to bring real added value to the firm and to contribute to achieving the objectives set by the founder.
